In this Meet and Greet appointment, you will meet the doctor to go over your past medical history. The purpose of this appointment is for both you and the doctor to see if a good patient and doctor relationship can be established

Rx refill : Call your pharmacist and ask them to fax a request to our clinic for refill . Our staff will contact you for getting your rx once we received the fax (within 2 -3 business days)
